    Experience :
    I belive that proper conceptual understanding of the subject at hand is an important building block that will not only aid the student in achieving the desired progress but also helps him/her tackle a wide range of questions. This forms the approach I take to teaching and also the way I study myself; starting from fundamentals and working up. Having read physics in university I am comfortable with math and physics (although my best subjects in school were my humanities, and I still enjoy reading them up in my free time). Currently doing AI and music related work for PhD in NUS.



     



    I have some experinece relief teaching for a period of 4 months, although I still prefer one-to-one or small groups.  In graduate school I also assist my professors in their lessons. Having gone through the education system not too long ago I think I can build a good rapport with the student and explain things in an insightful way. Moreover, being the son of 2 teachers, I have first hand experience in good teaching methods and additional resources if need be. Lastly, I am also a National Science Scholarship holder from A*STAR and can impart some advice if the student is interested.
